The fifth healthy food for meal prep is pasta. After boiling the pasta, you should drain off the water. Cold water should be applied in rinsing the pasta. One should add hot water when reheating the pasta.

Grapes is another food recommended for meal prep. Well stored grapes can be preserved for more than 3 weeks. Before storing the grapes, the container should have a dry towel in the inside in order to absorb water and moisture.
